Dr. Lindsey Koch

Dr. Lindsey Koch most recently served as the Chief of Staff & Director of Operations for a notable non-profit in Dallas, Texas. Prior to this, she spent nearly a decade at Southern Methodist University, holding roles as the inaugural Director of the Office of the Student Experience and earlier as the Director of Student Transitions & Orientation. Before her tenure at SMU, Dr. Koch was the Director of Student Life and Services at the University of Houston-Victoria and began her career in higher education administration at Hardin-Simmons University as the Coordinator of Student Activities.
With over 15 years in higher education administration, Dr. Koch has a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of student affairs across various institutions. She is particularly skilled at designing curriculum, developing teams, and has a consistent track record of identifying and capitalizing on the potential in individuals. Her approach is further enriched by her Clifton Strengths and Enneagram Coaching Certifications, which she leverages to guide individuals and teams towards realizing their full potential.
Dr. Koch holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education from Hardin-Simmons University, a Master of Education (MEd) in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Houston-Victoria, and a Bachelor of Behavioral Science with a minor in Leadership from Hardin-Simmons University.
