Erica Noll Crawford (she/her) is a dedicated higher education leader with several years of experience driving innovation in online learning and digital credentialing. As a Director of Miami Online at Miami University, she leads diverse teams, develops strategic plans to enhance online education, and expands the university's online portfolio. Her leadership has resulted in increased student engagement, improved digital accessibility, and strengthened cross-campus collaborations.

Currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership at Miami University, Erica also holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration & Student Personnel and a Graduate Certificate in Institutional Research & Assessment from Kent State University. A recognized expert in micro-credentialing, she has shared her insights at conferences and through publications, positioning herself as a thought leader in this emerging field.
