Colleen Ryan is a coach, facilitator and trainer who works with individuals and teams to help them better understand themselves so they can improve their work. As a coach, she brings her compassionate candor to help clients gain clarity on what matters most. She enjoys working with leaders who are looking to rehumanize the workplace and improve the positive impact of their leadership. As a trainer and facilitator, Colleen brings energy and engagement while helping people transform complex topics into actionable next steps.

Colleen is a conflict resolution practitioner and has ten years of experience working in higher education administration, overseeing student conduct and sexual harassment policies and resolution processes. Additionally, she has ten years of experience in marketing and client services for technology companies. Throughout her career, Colleen found purpose and enjoyment in facilitating difficult conversations that encouraged self-reflection and identity development and training professionals to leverage conflict resolutions skills to develop the strength and capability of others.

Colleen was trained in mediation in 2007 and restorative justice in 2013. She is a certified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and she completed her Leadership Coaching certificate at Georgetown University. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Boston College and a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Loyola University Chicago.
