After spending years working towards her dream job, getting it, and doing it, Adrianne had to make a change – and figure out what was next. As a career and leadership coach, Adrianne helps clients navigate complex decisions about where and how they work. She infuses her coaching with honesty, care, and validation, providing space for clients to fully recognize and honor their strengths, values, identities, and context so they can use them to move forward confidently and decisively.

Adrianne has insight into a myriad of workplace types and work styles. Her career has spanned multiple settings including Wall Street, BigLaw, a direct services legal non-profit, and higher education. She has advised hundreds of students, alums, and colleagues as they navigate their careers into and within organizations.

Adrianne has a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a B.A. from Columbia University, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies.
