Prepare to launch.
Each Career Boot Camp client receives two thorough resume reviews with tracked changes and a new layout (if necessary). You are responsible for making updates and changes and coming prepared to the review meeting with questions. Additionally, we will provide feedback and an analysis of your LinkedIn profile and suggest ways to optimize the platform for searching and networking.
The Process

Step 1. Intake
The first step in the Career Boot Camp is to submit your resume and LinkedIn URL so we can start the review process. This will allow us to get a comprehensive understanding of your skills, experience, and goals, and begin preparing for the initial review.

Step 2. Initial Review
Our team will review your resume and LinkedIn profile and provide feedback on how you can improve your materials using track changes and a checklist. We'll provide specific tasks for you to complete to enhance your resume and LinkedIn profile.

Step 3. Review Call
In the review call, we'll go over your updated materials and answer any questions you have about the feedback from step 2. We'll provide customized advice on LinkedIn optimization and job search strategies to help you get noticed by hiring managers and stand out in the job market.

Step 3. Final Review
In the final review, we will provide additional feedback on your updated materials and offer comments on how you can continue to improve your resume and LinkedIn utilization. We'll provide guidance on how to showcase your skills and achievements, and give you the tools you need to succeed in your job search.

Book Camp.
Sign up for your boot camp introductory session. You’ll be asked to complete an intake form so we can be best prepared to review your materials and you’ll receive an email with follow-up instructions. If you are engaging in a career transition out of education, the armed services, or recovering from housing insecurity or domestic abuse, please get in touch with us first to get a discounted fee.
